Vagrant Improvement #1

Brent, I was able to get further using a clean image of Fedora 19. Check out my branch: ca10cb198f682c8cd9358599b0dd0dfbbf72a5d4

Fresh install. I was using a similar vagrant box that you were using (exception being mine was for fusion instead of virtual box). I downloaded fedora and rocked it.
