Missing files in examples/charm/data

I'm trying to run run.sh under examples/charm but I'm getting a complaint from the R script scripts/charm.normalize.R

Error: These do not exist:

I downloaded the following files and put them in the examples/charm/data directory

• http://www.nature.com/ng/journal/v41/n2/extref/ng.298-S3.xls (as data/t-dmrs.xls)

Am I missing a step?

Thanks for reporting. I had some path hard-coded in the R-script. Also make sure to untar the xys files into data/xys/.

Please let me know if any problems after updating to latest revision.
