Cis/trans compound het #110

Hi @brentp,

Is this possible for slivar to write in output what kind of compound het is this? I mean in cis or in trans. For now I need to check this in BAM file.

can you give more context? for a trio, it will always be in trans. For a single sample, slivar can't tell that from the VCF.
