lumpy_filter not on $PATH #234

I tried installing smoove through conda. All programs are within the $PATH except for lumpy_filter. image

I saw in one of the issues that if this happens it means that lumpy isnt installed properly. But I dont understand how is it possible, as we are not doing it manually, and also every other required programs are there. How shall I proceed with this?
