Merge with NuProj #63

What do you think about merging efforts with NuProj (https://github.com/nuproj/nuproj/) ?

I'm definitely interested - anything to make building nuget packages easier. At the moment, I'm not doing much with .NET, so if you or anybody else is interested in spearheading this, let me know. As always, pull requests are welcome.

Yes this would be really nice. Especially to get the version stuff into nuproj
