Duplicate line in market.xml #23

The file market.xml (Finance.Support) has two identical lines:

    <Country ID="CA" Currency="CAD" Name="Canada" >
      <Indices>
        <Index Name="S&amp;P/TSX Composite Index" ID="^GSPTSE" StockExchange="TOR" />
        <Index Name="S&amp;P/TSX Composite Index" ID="^GSPTSE" StockExchange="TOR" />

this can cause a Primary Key violation if committed to db ...
