How can add your library to Microsoft Excel

I tried adding the .dll files to the macro add ons but it says its not a valid 
excel add on. Any idea how I can use this library with with excel?

Sorry, I have no idea, because I don't use VBA. I don't know if you can use a 
.NET lib in VBA at all.
