sxAscominstaller v6.3.1.23042 wont reinstall #4

I want to uninstall therdriver and refresh it to see if it works when reinstalled. I cant find the installed version to remove manually A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to sxascom installer
  2. Click on 'allow app to change bsettings etc....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error aprevious version of this driver cannot automatically be removed etc

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Environment (please complete the following information):

Attach a log file collected while reproducing the problem I can attach log file but all I really want is to know how to uninstall the tprevious version which may somehow be corrupt....my whole system crashed and I am trying to reinstaal my SXVRM25c.
