so, new issue #5

newest issue is that i can't find out how to compile/build this, does anyone have either the dependencies.targets file or a readily-compiled/built version of this?

I'm not sure, I believe I may have a compiled version, but it isn't working in-game for me. In your case, you may want to try using BepInEx in your SN1 or BZ folder, possibly both. The various libraries and dependencies need to be set to PUBLIC, which BepInEx will do. It's all part of a good many Modding Tutorials for the game. That being said, I haven't found any MVB recipe in-game for it, and the command "manta" does nothing for me.
