MacOS X Bug Sur adds extra tab related menu items #125

The latest version of MacOS X 11.5 is adding items to the top of the "View" menu. It happens with the old shipping binary as well as new binaries built with either wx 3.0.5 and 3.1.5. I suspect this will require a change in wx to correct.

It appears to be specific to the "View" menu title. Looks like the OS is adding its own bits like it does to the help menu.

The menus seem correct for the current release on the latest MacOS and wxWidgets version.
