Energy plot units #132

I am using the program on Ubuntu Linux; I am visualizing an IRC path and want to change the units to kcal/mol. I saw the option to do that in the general preferences dialog, and tried it, but the plot of the energy still is labeled in hartree.

Need to recheck what the units applies to. It does not change the total energy output.

The missing connection between the units and the energy plot is corrected with a checkin today.
