Correct me if I'm wrong, but you would only want to enable this feature if your email provider supported PGP, correct?
It's not the email provider that needs to support it. You would need some kind of email client that supports PGP. I have a gmail account, and to read the encrypted email, I open it in Thunderbird using the Enigmail addon.
Okay, I'm getting the picture now.
It seems like a great feature to have. Especially when I setup the email proxy features. All of your emails to other traders can be both anonymous and end-to-end encrypted.
I'll look more into it. It's definitely not the most important feature in the short-term, but I think it would be great in the mid-to-long-term.
I would like to see an option to use pgp encryption for any emails sent by dashous to increase privacy and security. Something i'm sure this community would appreciate. I hate how sites like coinbase send you an email with information about addresses and amounts you sent of bitcoin. If these emails were encrypted, I would very much like to receive them. It would also make password resets a lot more secure.
The only place I've seen this implemented is, sadly Facebook.
