Support for more Currencies #3

As a Dashous user Given that I live somewhere other than the US When I use the service I want to be able to set my preferred currency Because I don't want to have to constantly check the conversion between USD and my local currency

I've added support for EUR. But I'm leaving this open because I should add roughly a dozen more before I can consider this issue closed.

Main blockers are:

Setting up resque for background jobs.
Research on which currencies to support, how to represent them, etc.
Re-evaluate my source for the exchange rates. Maybe there are others that are better and support multiple currencies in one request.
