Add password reset functionality. Updated Draper to stop console warnings. Add debugging gems Add email uniqueness validation Change Devise to use username for password reset since email is encrypted Add remaining Devise views while retaining the original views in that folder

I'm going to merge this in, and then give the UI's a once over + probably add some more specs
