What kind of server is your mail from? An Exchange server, or POP or IMAP?

I have the same issue. We are using Exchange 2003 through IMAP.

I also have this issue.
I'm have two accounts on the system. I'm using Thunderbird with an IMAP
connection to
my gmail account (I want to upload this one). I also have Apple Mail connecting
to a
Microsoft Exchange 2007 account (though I do NOT want to upload this one)...
but they
both show up with 0 messages.

Please try with version 1.1.1.
If your mail is still not recognized, please follow up in this issue with the
names of the
folders in your mail archive hierarchy.

I tried to use version 1.1.1 with the same results. I have attached screen
shots of
my hierarchy and my uploader program showing it not working.

I have the same problem. I used the latest version of the uploader and a
MobileMe account. Any way around this?

Hello,
I downloaded the new version 1.2 which pretty much fixed things for OS X 10.7
and Apple Mail, however Thunderbird email is still reflected as 0 mails. Are
there any news on this?
Thanks in advance.

I had the same issues with version 1.2 on MacOS X 10.7 and Thunderbird. I ended
up changing to imapsync with a little helper script and it worked beautifully.
