This domain does not allow users to access the Email Migration API. Error 403 #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Trying to upload email to my new google apps account.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see my files uploading.  Instead, I get this:  "This domain does not 
allow users to access the Email Migration API.
Error 403"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.0 of uploader,  OS X 10.8.3.

Please provide any additional information below.
