Update for Dropwizard 0.7-SNAPSHOT #8

A living PR as we wait for Dropwizard 0.7 to be released.

Tests currently pass, major changes:

Change dropwizard-scala packages to be com.massrelevance.*
Change dropwizard packages to match com.codahale.* (back from com.yammer.*)
Service is now called Application
Using nl.grons.metrics-scala 3.0.0

Fixed cross compilation and pushed SNAPSHOT to Sonatype OSS for people to play with.

Thanks, I can't think of anything so far.

Note that Travis is failing because Dropwizard 0.7-SNAPSHOT isn't available (I did a local install). Not sure if there's an easy way for us to solve that. Will probably just wait for release.

This is now updated for 0.7.0-rc1 (you'll need your own dropwizard artifacts for now).
