Investigate error when trying to create a generic association #127

At approximately 12:15 today (July 15) an error was displayed ("Unable to retrieve associations") when trying to create a generic association between the "home" topic and "python-course" topic (in the Python Ecosystem topic map).

Check logs.

Currently, unable to reproduce. Perhaps a network-related glitch?
