Test with Python 3.8 and fix any issues that are the result of running Contextualise with Python 3.8.

On-going testing of TypedTree, TopicDB and Contextualise (including external dependencies) is looking good, so far.

Contextualise has been running without any (apparent) problems on Python 3.8 for several days.
