2025: business model adjustments #131

Things to consider:

  1. Remove Subscription model and implement one-time purchase for a specific year. eg. "2025 PRO Pass".
  2. Simplify by removing Plus and only offering one upgrade path (Pro)
  3. Have a "Group Discount" ability. Once someone has purchased, then can make TWO x%-off codes for other group members.
  4. Think about linked email-address to be able to communicate out of band and understand repeat-purchasers
  5. How to do discounts and free codes for a one-time consumable purchase vs. subscription
  6. Check with Apple/Android TOS to ensure one-time-time-bound purchase is allowable
