Add marine data to weather #50

significant wave/swell height and direction seem useful.

Swell direction along the coast is 95% South West with 5% West in summer months. The useful thing would be the marine forecast regarding wind and if there are forecasted large swells that can affect the tide restricted and non-tide restricted areas - like happened last September when Darling to Michigan was impassable!!!
