Make notify only while iTunes is in the background optional #355

The feature we have to notify about track changes only while iTunes is in the 
background is confusing to some people. Provide a way to enable/disable that. 
It is however very useful.

I ended up commenting out that line anyways for easier/faster debugging. It'd 
actually be more convenient to be based on a user default, so I guess it's just 
a matter of adding UI.
