Thanks for bringing this to our attention, this will be fixed in the 1.3.1 SDK.

This has been fixed in the Dev Repo as of 1478a08ae8bc for 1.3.1 of the SDK, it 
won't be in the Google Code repo till the 1.3.1 sdk is pushed, but for the time 
being if you are compiling the 1.3 framework from source, this is a fairly 
simple fix.
