Implement Sandboxing #395

It's implied, but let's make a ticket for sandboxing in HWGrowler.

HWG will need to be sandboxed after March. We need to make sure that everything 
will function within those restrictions.

HWGrowler 2.0 is sandboxed, and anything we do in it will have to work in a 
sandboxed environment.  As a testing platform, I sandboxed the current 
HWGrowler source and USB, Network, and Mount/Unmount notifications all worked 
fine without any changes.  Bluetooth requires the 
com.apple.security.device.bluetooth introduced I believe in 10.7.3, which will 
require us to disable usage/loading of the bluetooth module on those OS's and 
warn the user that they need to update.
