Application icon instead of submitted icon in notifications from framework #398

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Get a notification to fail over to another system
2.Uses app's icon instead of the submitted icon on retry

This has been brought up a couple of places, we need to investigate this better.

Pretty sure this is fixed under Growl.framework 3.0, since if we do have to 
fallback, it happens with the object we used before, and should still have the 
icon properly around.  Flagging as fixed in source
