GrowlTunes does not display title or artist for ringtones #421

When playing a song which is a ringtone from the iTunes store, the notification 
is blank, minus the GrowlTunes icon. The menubar displays the names of the 
different fields which are supposed to display.

Attached is a screenshot of the new menu with this shown. It should be showing 
the information for the CTU ringtone.

Unfortunately, iTunes doesn't send data for ringtones or itunes store previews. 
It's been a while so I don't remember everything in detail. I'll look at this 
again to see if we can at least do something better than a confusing icon and 
notification.
