There are some concerns about the 1.4 first run window on the beta list. Discuss

Overall the concerns are worth looking at. The first run window is the window
that new users and existing users will see first. A lot of the comments are
about it not being utterly fancy, with some of the feedback indicating that
people liked the look of the 1.3.x intro window a bit more.

That said, while I'm setting this to high so that it gets looked at sooner, we
shouldn't spend 4 days addressing this one or anything substantial really.
Small gains on 1.4, and we can get the intro window redone long term. Push this
ticket to 2.0 if it's going to take a lot of work.

We are changing the first launch window in 2.1 to use a web view for the main
content frame for easier localization. We can look at making each of the pages
"Fancier" using html/css/etc.
