Addresses list on network tab gets cut off #443

If you have more than a few interfaces, the addresses will get cut off.

they're not actually getting cut off, its a text view. i for example have at 
least 3 or 4 IPv6 addresses onto of the IPv4 ones.

I have replaced the scrollable text field with a textview which has more 
explicit, and recognizable support for scrolling.  I have also increased its 
size slightly to provide more space in our mixed ipv4 ipv6 world.  Fixed in 
[3a941ba73100] in the dev repo
