There is a lot of comments about Growl not starting on the beta list with the 
new startup method. Investigate.

I have changed GrowlLauncher to use launchApplicationAtURL, but I am not sure 
that this will resolve the issue as I have not had any issues with the URL 
scheme method in use before.  launchd is a pain in the rear, and sandboxing is 
worse. [9ae7467150cc] in Default and [114027b47366] in future 2.0.  Flagging as 
Waiting on User for the after the next beta that includes this change.

We've only received anything about this from one person, the rest say it's 
working. I'm closing it.
