Clearing a "Clear all notifications" keyboard shortcut is not saved between launches

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set a keyboard shortcut to clear all notifications in the general 
preferences (such as command-1)
2. Clear this with the "x".
3. Quit Growl
4. Relaunch Growl

What is the expected output?
The "clear all notifications" keyboard shortcut is not set.

What do you see instead?
The keyboard shortcut is set to the previous value (in my case command-1).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4 on OS X 10.7.4
