Provide text under NC switch describing what it does #511

Let's provide some text explaining what the NC switch actually does. Something 
along the lines of:

"By turning this switch on, visual notes will be sent to OS X Notifications. 
You can still use action notes through Growl."

Make sure this is accurate and explains it completely (yet succinctly) before 
sending the text to translators.
