Wildcards for ignoring drives #573

We had someone ask for a wildcard for ignoring drives. Something like this:

Chrome*

to ignore anything that starts with Chrome.

Added support for suffix wildcard of *, in [2691bc1fd6d5].  If there is call 
for more advanced wildcards or regex, we will deal with that at another time.
