Get country for each player #4

If IP address of player is known then automatically find country of player. The 
IP of a player is only known when logging is enabled.

has been postponed to release 2.3.0.0 or maybe later. At the moment it doesn't 
have a high priority.

Nice options to add:
- If IP and country is known show country flag of player
- Admin can decide whether he/she wants to show IP address or just a flag
