bf3 setup - update procedure not working

What version of the product are you using? What version of PHP and MySQL
are you using?

I have sent you a mail. 

For those who have similar problems during PBSViewer update please upload the 
attached 'functions.inc.php' file and overwrite the old one. I haven't released 
this file yet. It contains several bug fixes and might fix your problem as 
well. If it's still not working you could try to enable passive mode in the ACP 
and do an update again. In some cases it might fix your problem.
