Only allow visitors who are on the 'allow list' to view your punkbuster screens 
by using PBSViewer. The allow list will contain a list of IP addresses of 
visitors who are allowed to use PBSViewer. Those IP addresses can be configured 
in ACP.

This feature is implemented. Database is used to store IP addresses of visitors 
that are allowed to use PBSViewer. Admins do not need to be on the 'allow 
list', they can access all pages.

Will not implement this feature, feature has been removed in new version. There 
is a risk that bad user can spoof IP address of someone who is on the 'allowed 
list'
