Add `.tsx` support for `esm-loader-typescript` #4

It will be great if esm-loader-typescript could support this functionality as esm-loaders ecosystem will fully support testing jsx components with mocha and other frameworks. Thank you for libs, they're really good!

Will need to:

Add support for .tsx extension
Set tsconfig configOptions.jsx to be react.
Add tests and stub data.
