Zircon (with SE) - Heat Shielding inconsistency #33

In base K2SE, heat shielding has two recipes. One recipe is cheaper but requires iridium, and the other recipe is more expensive but does not require iridium.

With BZ mods, Tungsten and Zirconia are both added to the cost of heat shielding. The thing that strikes me as odd is that when using the cheaper recipe, the zirconia cost drops to 10% of the expensive recipe cost, while the tungsten plate cost remains constant (see screenshot - cheaper recipe is on bottom, and both recipes use prod 3 modules).

Is this intentional? The factor of 10 off in one mod, but not the other, seems to me to indicate a typo with a misplaced decimal and/or missing zero.
