BZ (with K2 and/or SE) - Potentially use intermediates as refining steps #38

Given the above <Note: "the above" was a suggestion on K2SEBZ ore refining, see #37 >, I have a possible suggestion, but it could be a lot of work for potentially little to no gain. The suggestion is to have BZ add its own intermediates - definitely in BZSE and BZK2SE, but possibly also in BZK2. There are two ways I could see this happening: 1) The intermediate would be per-metal. Possibly a powder (with a subsequent sintering step), but maybe that's going too far into reality and too far from gameplay? 2) The intermediate would be universal for all metals that can have refractory. I'm thinking of the example of Pyanodon's here with the "cast". I don't know what BZ would call it, but I'll go with cast. Make a cast using graphite and silica - not sure where this would realistically be made, a compacter? A foundry? Then the "refractory" recipes would use this cast and have a probabilistic chance to return not the cast, but the materials used to make the cast. This would encourage shipping of graphite and silica as opposed to shipping of casts themselves.
