Slack team for inter-collaborator chat

To make it easier to share information between collaborators out of band, and to share non public information like Cloud server credits, I think a slack team would be appropriate.

I'm happy to create it and setup an invite server, or send out invites to collaborators.

I'm also a collaborator on the Aletheia project at https://github.com/aletheia-foundation that we can model some of the comms and principles on.
