B2.7 Integrate Signup Page with Backend API #20

Description: Modify the signup page to integrate with the backend API, enabling real account creation.

Acceptance Criteria:

User input is sent to the backend API to create a new account.
Success or failure feedback is based on the API response.
Upon successful account creation, the user is redirected to the real home page.

Substeps:

Update form handling to include API requests.
Process API responses and provide user feedback.
Redirect the user upon successful account creation.

Technical Details:

Technologies Needed: Axios or Fetch API for making HTTP requests, React Router for redirection.
Libraries/Frameworks: Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui.
Backend Requirements: API endpoint for user registration (POST)
