Using Screen Options and Help tabs. #104

Overview, Settings, Help, Pro - No Screen Option-

Emails, Reports, Subscribers - Shows a Screen Options tab but it is not active.

It would be helpful to add a Help tab where it is natural to do so and a Screen Options tab to where it is natural to turn sections on or off.
