Edit Email Content (I switched to Norwegian language in the WP settings screen)
I noticed the Test This Email area stretches across the full screen.
.well.clear (weird css name) can be set to width 71% and it will be just as wide as the section above.
I sent myself an email and the e-mail looks like this:
Bottom area of the newsletter:

A link is seen for managing the subscription.
It is in English.
Everything else:
The font is tiny. (I would like to change the font size). The grey area around takes too much space around the content of the newsletter.
I would like to change the language of view in browser and other shortcodes without changing to Norwegian language.
I would also like to change the link of view in browser.
Clicking View in the Newsletter section brings up a 404 error page. I resaved the permalinks and the 404 page went away so that I now can see the preview.
