More sidebar urls in program/icon dialogues #150

Besides root and /home, add also the working directory of the chosen program, if it exists. Prefix directory is also added (it wasn't before).

Sidebar showing only root and /home is not very useful, I think. This way it shows also prefix directory and working directory (if current program has a working directory).

This was initially done because in the icon selection dialog, after the first time an icon is selected, it was not possible anymore to select an icon from the exe or from the program folder, only from .config/q4wine/icons.
