[Feature Request] Being able to open programs that are in prefixes that are added to q4wine directly in a file manager with q4wine #172

What I mean is,that if a program is already added in a prefix that is added to q4wine,that you can open it outside of q4wine in a file manager for example. And that you can also select that every windows program gets opened automatically with q4wine.
