I've some requests;

build-in update notification (maybe such like in GitKraken)
ui-language settings
build-in winetricks updater and/or version display

Sounds good.

Can you clarify please following statements please?

ui-language settings There is language settings available in app settings.

build-in winetricks updater 'Install or update Winterinks script' option suppose to install/update winetrinks script.

:) btw: there is q4wine-next project supposed to reload q4wine from scratch. so if you have any comments/suggestions/proposals regarding UI feel free add a comment/discuss it here: https://github.com/brezerk/q4wine/issues/69
