Visualizing results of the cognitive function

[ ] maybe use some open-source lightweight alternative for the drawing, eg. https://github.com/htm-community/nupic.visualizations

EDIT:

[ ] use Analyzer & Visualizer provided by ODS
[ ] make distractors log to it (when they appear, ..)
- [ ] make cog function log its score to it.
[ ] remove custom file-writing code & matlab visualization scripts

@JohnnyMarek I'd like to make using the Analyzer/Visualizer from ODS a priority, after we resolve open PRs and fix the Wheen functionality #8 .

Please learn how it can be used (there is scenario example) and make our scenario use that.

I've also assigned people to some issues, so we don't duplicate the work.
