To setup controls: keyboard/wheel/... from GUI and tune it

[ ] make in package cz.cvut.gui.ControllerSetup
[ ] open a window with slide-bars for Keyboard (and Wheel)
- read default values from XML (in which file are those?)
- allow to change the sensitivity with the sliders
