Weighting on fingerprint plots #21

Confirm if weighting the fingerprint plot points by number of votes is the norm. If not, mention that this (weighting) is the case here, consider changing the default.

Though it may increase the degree of noise on the image, probably a way more practical depiction than without weighting.
