GIF-Plugin is gone? #10

There was a animated GIF output Plugin when this project was still hosted on codeplex (see https://cropperplugins.codeplex.com/). I can't find this plugin anywhere now. Would it be possible to reintegrate the plugin in the distribution?

The GIF output was part of the plugins community contribution. I had some issues upgrading that solution to VS 2017 and more current frameworks to match Cropper. I am going to work on getting them working.

The previous versions are still available on CodePlex until I can get the GIF plugin working with newer versions.

https://archive.codeplex.com/?p=cropperplugins talks about AnimatedGif plugin but the archive and the install do not include a DLL. Where/how does one go about getting the binary to enable animated gifs? I don't see previous versions.
