Cropper captures outside of the frame - capture is offset #26

Hello!

I am not sure why this is, but cropper captures outside of the frame.

Please see enclused image:

The capture actually includes the cropper frame!

The capture is the correct size, I checked, but it seems to be offset to the left and up.

Please let me know if there is anything I can try or add to this report. Right now, cropper does not work for me, but I have always liked it and used it for many years.

Info on my setup:

I have the same issue. My machine is a Dell Latitude (new machine bought in 2017) running Windows 10 and the display scale of the lid display is set to 125%. I also use two external monitors on a docking station connected to this laptop, which are at 100% display scale.

When capturing on the external monitors, the issue does not occur, only on the built in lid display. The captured area seems to be smaller than indicated and also shifted towards the top left corner of the display.

When I move the cropper capture overlay into the top left corner, then the captured area is not moved, but still smaller.

Also when I manually resize the capture area, it would not let me resize beyond 1436x764, whereas the display's native resolution is 1920x1080.

If I put the lid display back to 100% everything is fine, therefore I conclude there is some error in the calculation when having different display scale settings.

Same here, external monitor at 3840x2160, text at 150%, Dell Latitude 7400 laptop with lid closed. (PS Thanks have relied on cropper for years now.)
